About Craft

Craft is a group of restaurants by chef and pizzaiolo David Kaplan — Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Modiin. A trattoria with a stone oven, dough that rises slowly for 72 hours, and a kitchen that respects its ingredients.

The same culinary language in three cities, with a local character in each place. Mehadrin kosher in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem; in Modiin — rabbinate kosher.
